Our microgreens and mushrooms are fresh, perishable products harvested specifically for your order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the cases outlined below.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mriganko.santra7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are harvested and packed for dispatch. Once an order has been harvested or shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
Approved refunds are processed back via bank transfer or UPI within 5-7 business days, coordinated directly with you over WhatsApp.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team. If we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order, you will receive a full refund.
